Meet Marie Carrell

Marie has over 20 years of professional experience across finance, operations, human resources, and law. Marie has supported dentists in various career stages and throughout matters related to practice ownership. Her clients appreciate her direct practice experience as she has led and overseen the acquisition, management, and growth of her husband’s dental practice in Hugo, MN. This combination of expertise and first-hand experience has uniquely positioned Marie as a trusted advocate for dentists. It is through her own practice leadership experience that allows Marie to deeply understand the needs of dentists and to provide personalized solutions tailored to each client.

Marie graduated Cum Laude from Mitchell Hamline School of Law where she also served as the Managing Editor for the Journal of Public Law and Policy. She earned a certificate in International Business Negotiations through the nationally recognized Dispute Resolution Institute at the law school.

Marie is a member of, and holds a Talent Acquisition credential from, SHRM, the Society of Human Resource Management, and holds a certificate in Human Resource Compliance from Mitchell Hamline School of Law.
